I didn't want to write this, but I have to.

We're removing the Kleo Chrome extension.

But… Kleo isn't going anywhere.

After 2 years and 70,000+ users, the Kleo Chrome extension has to shut down.

It's a sad day for me.

I created Kleo with one goal:

Make content ideation quicker, easier and more enjoyable.

I built and used it myself for 10 months before sharing it with anyone else. And I grew to 100,000+ followers.

Kleo helped me get the best ideas and 10x my writing.

Then in 2023, I launched it to the public. And it's since helped 10,000s of creators achieve the same.

But LinkedIn came knocking, and we have to comply.

So as of today, the Kleo Chrome extension is gone.

However…

This isn’t a shutdown. It’s the evolution we’ve been planning for. The one tool that will outperform everything else on the market.

It just came a little earlier than expected.

We’ve been building Kleo 2.0 to be the best.

Powerful.
⁠Compliant.
Future-proof.

And in doing so, we’ve unlocked features that weren’t previously possible.

But Kleo 2.0 isn’t just a new product.

We’re also bringing in new people to help us build THE best tool on the market…
